As a professional engineer, I had the opportunity to work as a quality control engineer for L'Oreal in their Garnier Fructis plant. There I learned how to implement manufacturing processes, quality control checks, and systematic approaches to product manufacturing. I also worked for GE in combustion manufacturing and had the opportunity to implement Lean Manufacturing principles in the plant and train operations team members how to use it for a more productive and efficient work environment.
